Fill out the lease application and have it ready.
Pay the application fee
The application fee is $50 per applicant (every adult applicant pays $50; a couple applying together pays $100). It covers the background check.

Please do not email IDs, Social Security numbers, or bank statements. After we invite you to apply, we'll send a secure upload link. We use your documents only to screen your application and keep them private.
